This is a beautiful villa on 2 levels, situated on a hill in the region of Upper Stalos and it can accommodate up to 8 people. The views are fantastic and unobstructed.

The interior of the villa consists of 3 bedrooms, loft, living room, kitchen. The bedrooms have a total of 2 double and 2 twin beds, while the loft can accommodate 2 additional people. The lounge, with beautiful  decor, includes a seating area with TV and fireplace, and also a dining room. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, and all utensils. Air conditioning is available throughout.

Outside there are large balconies where visitors can enjoy the combination of tranquility, nature and unobstructed view. Also, there is a main pool and a smaller one for children, as well as a stone barbecue and a large parking area.

 

Located about 10 km is the city of Chania and 4 km from the nearest beach.

The price includes all costs ( electric, water, internet ) and it is for the period 16 October - 15 April.
