Design and construction of the Kalatha G. settlement

The Kalatha G settlement is found on the North coast of the Akrotiri peninsula. It falls under the administration of the Kalatha municipality. It was constructed by the building society OSSAYK SPE and constitutes the third part of the Kalatha G settlement (there are also the settlements Kalatha A and Kalatha B) It includes 120 plots and can have over 1000 residents. It was constructed under an organized urban plan and apart from its road and paving construction it has complete and modern networks of water supply and sewerage.

Our technical department has contributed considerably in the construction of the above name settlement. We conducted the road alignment design and 50% of the distribution plan of the general topographic plan and on the land of the 120 plots of the settlement. During the settlements’ construction, we had the general supervision of the road alignment works.
