Design and construction of settlement in Panorama situated in Paleochora

The PANORAMA (settlement) is found on the north-west part of the town Paleochora. Its urban planning is in continuation with that of the rest of the town. Administratively it falls under the jurisdiction of the municipality of Pelecanos. It was constructed by the building society PANORAMA SPE. It includes 137 plots and can have over 1200 residents. It was constructed under an organized urban plan, and is connected with the first part of the municipal street of Paleochora named Vouta. The land of the settlement is amphitheatrical and has an amazing view of the Libyan Sea. Apart from its road and paving construction it has complete and modern networks of water supply and sewerage.

Our technical department has contributed considerably in the construction of the above name settlement. We conducted the road alignment design and 50% of the distribution plan of the general topographic plan and on the land of the 137 plots of the settlement. During the settlements’ construction, we had the general supervision of the road alignment works and we also drew a lot of additional plans for the connection of the settlement to Paleochora.
