The PANORAMA (settlement) is found on the north-west part of the town Paleochora. Its urban planning is in continuation with that of the rest of the town. Administratively it falls under the jurisdiction of the municipality of Pelecanos. It was constructed by the building society PANORAMA SPE. It includes 137 plots and can have over 1200 residents. It was constructed under an organized urban plan, and is connected with the first part of the municipal street of Paleochora named Vouta. The land of the settlement is amphitheatrical and has an amazing view of the Libyan Sea. Apart from its road and paving construction it has complete and modern networks of water supply and sewerage.

Our technical department has contributed considerably in the construction of the above name settlement. We conducted the road alignment design and 50% of the distribution plan of the general topographic plan and on the land of the 137 plots of the settlement. During the settlements’ construction, we had the general supervision of the road alignment works and we also drew a lot of additional plans for the connection of the settlement to Paleochora.

The Koumpeli settlement is found on the North-east border of the municipality Chania. It was constructed by the building society OSSAYK SPE after many years of holdback due to Greek bureaucracy. It includes 270 plots and can have over 2000 residents. It was constructed under an organized urban plan and apart from its road and paving construction it has complete and modern networks of water supply and sewerage.

Our technical department has contributed considerably in the construction of the above name settlement. We conducted the road alignment design for the traffic system and the distribution plan of the general topographic plan and on the land of the 270 plots of the settlement. During the settlements’ construction, we had the general supervision of the road alignment works.

The Kalatha G settlement is found on the North coast of the Akrotiri peninsula. It falls under the administration of the Kalatha municipality. It was constructed by the building society OSSAYK SPE and constitutes the third part of the Kalatha G settlement (there are also the settlements Kalatha A and Kalatha B) It includes 120 plots and can have over 1000 residents. It was constructed under an organized urban plan and apart from its road and paving construction it has complete and modern networks of water supply and sewerage.

During the settlements’ construction, we had the general supervision of the road alignment works.

The municipality of El. Venizelos has a lot of archaeological sites dating back to the period of the Ottoman domination. The study that was conducted promotes all the historical treasures of the area. The book is also a unique model of presentation and analysis of the images shown, while at the same time it presents methods of promoting these images to the wider public.

Our agency worked on the development of the topographic plan and with the hypsometric characteristics onto which a large part of the presentation and of the proposals was based.
